Mark was an amazing inspiration, and he left an unforgettable impression on me and our family. Such courage and grace, no wonder God took him back early. We will always miss him, always feel his presence, and always remember his example of how we should handle adversity. He is not gone, and he will never be forgotten. Our lives in the broad perspective are but a blink of an eye, then we'll see each other again. God bless you Mark, and save a seat for me!

To all the Rizzo family, my deepest condolences. I'm sorry I did not know Mark as an adult, but I do remember him as a loving and energetic young boy. My prayers are with Judy, Tony, Mark's wife and children, and all of his family. Mark is at peace in God's arms. I hope you find comfort in God's love at this difficult time.

Mark had been undergoing treatment prior to my husband and was such an inspiration to us. He always seemed to remain very positive and was extremely calming to my husband who also passed away on August 17th. We are so thankful for meeting Mark and getting to know him. He is an inspiration to all of us in his dignified and courageous...

The strength of Mark's character and spirit were evident as a student in St.Peter's Grammar School. Apparently from the remarks offered on this site he shared his gifts with all those he met along the way and that is how he will be remembered. God bless
