Vicki, Max and Sauer family, John and I were privileged to work with Mark during our tenure at Save-A-Lot. We considered Mark more as our friend, not just a vendor. He welcomed us in your home and blessed us by attending our wedding in Missouri in 2003. We are so sorry for your loss and the loss of a true gentleman, a warm soul, and man who dearly loved his family. Cindy and John Tayloe

I met Mark many years ago and taught him how to play golf he was a very good friend of mine and I gave him many a golf lesson and he became pretty good at it. he was a great guy and I really enjoyed being around him. He will be very much missed, I have not seen him in years as I am now 78 years old and I knew him well when he lived in Charlotte I was in my 40s at the time I was shocked to hear of his passing! L. He and I left and went to the golf course. We played golf in the pouring down rain. We had to walk and carry our bags because no carts...
