Mark Stuart

Dear Reggie and family, I was so sorry to hear of your loss through Steve Bansberg recently. Please accept my deepest condolences. Mark was a great guy. I'm so shocked to learn of Mark's passing. What a great guy and a great businessman (learned from the best, Grandpa Brennan and Dad Jerry). My condolences to the family

I have to share a special memory I have of Mark. In October of 1970 we were freshmen and playing Streator. Coach Gafney told us that Streator was very good at stripping the ball from a ball carrier and scoring a TD the other way. Sure enough, one our backs (not Stu) had the ball taken away after a short gain and the Bulldog player headed for our end zone. Mark caught the guy from behind, took the ball back, and ended up with a net gain of 20 yards on the play. I have been involved with...
