Mark and I worked together on a case in Oregon for a client who was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash. The trial court threw the case out, but we were able to get a reversal in the Oregon Supreme Court that resulted not only in a fair settlement for our client, but legal precedent that has helped dozens of other injured people in the years since (Towe v. I am saddened to hear of Mark Webb´s passing. I met him as he represented my son and I in a group action bicycle case. He was amazing and really cared about the cause and his clients. He always had such passion and drive for the people on the case. That accident changed my son´s life at a young age and Mark helped us walk through the a hard time and help stand for what was so wrong to start.
