Mark and I worked together on a case in Oregon for a client who was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash. The trial court threw the case out, but we were able to get a reversal in the Oregon Supreme Court that resulted not only in a fair settlement for our client, but legal precedent that has helped dozens of other injured people in the years since (Towe v. Sacagawea, 2015). Mark truly believed in fighting for the underdog, no matter what the odds - he will be sorely missed. Our condolences to his family, Randy Pickett

I am saddened to hear of Mark Webb´s passing. I met him as he represented my son and I in a group action bicycle case. He was amazing and really cared about the cause and his clients. He always had such passion and drive for the people on the case. That accident changed my son´s life at a young age and Mark helped us walk through the a hard time and help stand for what was so wrong to start. O met his then wife and daughters and what a wonderful family that they saw his passion and showed up to support the case. My sincere condolences to all his family who lost a wonderful family member. I have been living in SF this last year and often he came to mind to contact him to say hello. I was most saddened to hear of his passing!! He helped me have a strength in a weak period of my life and I always will recall his gift in law and helping others to be their best. Mark fought a good fight in a special kind of way. Bless his family in the loss

Mark came into my life at a very tumultuous time for me. He was marrying my sister and I was very excited to travel to S.F. for the ceremony. It was an exciting beginning to meet Mark and start to know him. As any friends or family of Marks know, he was a very complex and articulate person that was full of fun surprises, he had this ability to look at any situation and come from a different but enlightening perspective. That was the beginning of Mark's influence to reinvent who I wanted to be. Mark had many truisms, that I had been familiar with before, but when he said them to me they resonated like I had never ever heard them. I trusted his knowledge and life experience. The light bulb for me had been turned on. I am in a fairly good place in life now because I had Mark there when I started to build that initial foundation of my reinvention! I have a lot of that DNA of common sense that I still use today from Mark Webb! I am a product of his fortunate exposure in my life. As I sit here typing and crying I can only think of his two lovely daughters and my sister, his ex-wife, who carry the biggest emotional load. Laura and Meggie, both of you are so perfect in so many ways and I thank Mark for bringing you two into our families lives. Even as I am still struggling with his early passing , I have comfort with the lessons I did learn from him that are now part of my DNA for the rest of my life. I love you girls and my sister !

Mark was a superb lawyer and an honorable man. We were both fans of Muhammad Ali. Mark was a fellow for justice. A good man. May he rest in peace.

Mark was my husbands cousin. He & I developed a long & wonderful relationship long ago. He was a special guy, fun, smart, witty & generous. He had planned to come to Boston for a visit & wanted me to book a dinner reservation for all of his cousins & their mates as he wanted to treat us ALL for dinner. So generous but alas he had to postpone with plans to reschedule soon as he said. I loved him & will miss him.

I had a case against Mark early in my career (when he practiced out of the Victorian) and he was great - brilliant, funny, creative and memorable. My sincere condolences to his family and colleagues.

A handsome, intelligent, kind soul, Mark was my cousin. Although as adults we didn't have many opportunities to share time together, when we did see one another it always felt special. I will hold his memory in my heart.
May his daughters be comforted by all their happy reminisces and may my cousin, Julian, Mark's brother, know that I send my love and heartfelt sympathy to him at this very sad time.
