Mark was my online bestest buddy! We talked often, both on line and on the phone. He was very compassionate and caring. I miss him.

I just received news of Mark's passing and wanted to wish my condolences to his family. He was a great friend for the past 9 years. The last time I saw him he had come up to visit me in Portland and we had such a wonderful time. I will always cherish those memories. My children Nick, Tyler, Natalie, Katie and David send their condolences as well. I'll miss you Mark!

On Friday, Sept 10th I was at a Valley High School football game when an annoucement came over the intercom about Mark's passing. A moment of silence was observed in honor of Mark. I was very touched by the school districts recognition of Mark's life and commitment to the community. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Just wanted to say that Mark was a wonderful friend and I miss him very much his warm smile and especially his big hugs. May God give his the family the strength to get through this tragedy.. God Bless all of his family.
