Not sure what to say?

Our Prayers and thoughts with Marshall's family and friends. I first met Marshall at Trader Horn in 1972 at the age of 12. Bought my first Remington 22 and Eagle Claw fishing rod from there. My Dad, Bob Stern, and their friends, John Shen and George Faerber spent numerous trips both hunting and fishing with Marshall. John, Marshall and my Dad fished Dogtooth Lake in Canada for years. I have great pictures of them together. I was shocked when I heard he had just passed, What a Man,...

Marshall and Dorothy were my old neighbors. I was a single mother living alone and I felt safe with Marhsall always keeping an eye on my house. He used to walk up and down the street checking on everything in the neighborhood. My brother nicknamed him the 'Governor', since he knew everything and everybody in the neighborhood. And the stories ...loved all the stories and him and Dorothy always made me laugh. They were great neighbors.

I met Marshall once. Such a nice man. He hand delivered a letter of mine that he received by mistake, but understandable, for I am the third and last owner of Trader Horn. May you find peace by his memory. Accept my deepest sympathy and condolences.

Like most who knew Marshall I could tell a thousand wonderful stories of him and Dorothy. My favorite... i was Marshall's neighbor and we sold our house. It was empty for a while before it sold and I went there one evening to repair some things in my basement. After dark i went upstairs and did a quick 10 minute project, turned off the lights and went down stairs to retrieve my tools and go home. I heard a knock on my side door and Marshall hollered down at me and wanted to know if i was ok. I...

A great storyteller with a great sense of humor. My Dad, Mel, used to work for Marshall at Trader Horn way back when. My condolences to all. R.I.P.

What a great guy. He never lacked for a story or two to tell and each one made you laugh. Sorry for your loss. God bless. Lowell

My step-father was Adrian McVay. McVay Motors. Fond memories of stories that involved the McVay's and the Horn family. Prayers for comfort and peace to all.

Thank you for serving our country and sharing your values with your family. It would have been an honor to meet you.

So sorry for your loss. He was a wonderful person!
