Martha Charlotte Hildebrandt, 83, of East Stroudsburg, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 4, at Stroud Manor Nursing Home, East Stroudsburg.

Born on Sept. 21, 1919, in Berlin, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Johann and Gertrud (Meier) Schultz.
