Not sure what to say?

I just discovered that Martin and I were cousins. Tim I hope you are doing okay.
Virginia Espinal, PBVM

I met Martin through his partner, who is my first cousin, Tim. From the beginning, I knew Martin was a special person, and I am happy to know he shared his life with my cousin. I remember Martin as a most kind and gentle spirit, and I will never forget our fun visits at the lake, or Martin's delicious grilled hamburgers. I will greatly miss this remarkable individual who knew how to share his laughter and wonderful stories.

Dear Timothy,

I received your letter today telling me about the past few months and Martin's death. I am so sorry to hear this news. My sympathy and prayers to you. I met you both in 1981 and enjoyed many fine nights cooking out and swimming in the pool, good conversation and laughs. We had a great group of fun people at the apartments in those days. Martin was very lucky to have such a caring person in his life. I want you to know I will be in touch with you. Take care Timothy....

Dear Tim, I enjoyed the periodic visits you and Martin made to Orphan Andy's. Martin was a very sweet man. My thoughts are with you.

Whenever Martin and Tim would show up at Orphan Andy's it would brighten my day. I am so glad I had the honor and pleasure of knowing Martin. Tim, my thoughts are with you.

hey tim i'm sorry to here about your partner.my prayers are with you
i hope you decide to come back to work,we all miss you.

We met our friends, Martin & Tim, at little Beach on Maui in 2004. We have since kept in touch and shared a special friendship with them.

Unfortunately, we recently shared a common bond, as Rick is a 3 time brain cancer survivor and was Martin's hero. We were able to get to Fresno to visit with Martin & Tim in late April on our way back to Canada.
We both feel so fortunate to have had the pleasure of meeting and knowing, however briefly, two such wonderful people as Martin & Tim....

Martin and I had know each other for more years than I care to try to Remember. We first met at Frans Pine Lake Lodge and got to know each other and became friends then we later worked at the Veterans Hospital and shared many stories together,we had a close friend in common named Bill and Iam sure that they are both together again.Martin never Tired of telling me of the Trouble Bill got them both into.To an old friend Rest in Peace may we meet again.Chuck

Martin's kind soul immediately put anyone at ease. Though I'd only known Martin for about five years, I felt as if we'd been friends for many, many years. I will remember the playfulness and sweetness that Martin exuded when I was in his presence. Timmy, I can't imagine the loss you feel. Remember, though, you have many friends to call on if you need anything.
