I have nothing but great memories of Marty and his Mom and Dad, and this goes way, way back to Bastiani's Pharmacy at Divisadero and Chestnut in San Francisco. Marty was a true gentleman, a true family man, and a great cop.

Marty, sad to see you go. You were always a voice of comfort at work.
You are now at that big hockey ring in the sky.

Marcy and Annalisa - I was saddened to learn of Marty's passing. My late husband, Richard Bechelli, thought the world of him and fondly remembered that famous drug store with the soda fountain. It was a Marina landmark. My prayers are with you. Marty will long be remembered not only for his service with the SFPD but for his outgoing and friendly style.
God bless you all.
