Martin Wayne Goehle

Mr. Goehle was my high school physics teacher. I remember him as being very patient, kind, and intelligent. He even took the time to write a very nice recommendation letter for me when I applied to UNC Chapel Hill. I will always remember his kindness. He was a great teacher and man. Sending my condolences to his family and friends.

Mr. Goehle was an incredible teacher. His love and passion for science lit a fire in me. His enthusiasm was contagious and his encouragement is still a core memory for me to this day. I´m so sad to hear about his passing and am grateful I got to experience him as a mentor.

Martin was the consummate educator, a friend,a colleague, and a master of many skills. He always was a true professional and he sprinkled his knowledge with humor. My condolences to you,Barbara and extended family.
