Martin was born in 1936 in Castlerea, Ireland. I was born in the same year. We were both delivered by my Aunt Cissie who was a Maternity Nurse. Pre World War II years were extremely tough with little or no employment for parents and limitations on available food items especially nourishment for children. We lived next door to Julie and Martin on Fowlers Lane. They were always sweet neighbors. Julie would bake cookies whenever I used the snowblower on their driveway. I know they loved their kids and we enjoyed hearing the tales of their trips to Ireland. Our condolences to Julie and the whole clan. Bryn and Chris Pavek
