RIP Cousin Lew!

Little Lew Jr Easter 1941 Columbus

Louie (Lewis) was a high school pal and romance for me and we had such good fun together. It makes me sad that his smile is not around any more.
My condolences to his family. Sincerely
Connie Martin Muzzy

On behalf of the West High School Alumni Association, I send our condolences to Lewis' family. It is always a sad day when we lose an alum.
We will list his passing in the next quarterly edition of the Alumni Association newsletter so Lewis' West HIgh family and friends will also be aware of his passing.

Love and prayers during this difficult time. Love, Laura, Rick and Charlie (paradise valley, az)

Lew was a classmate from 7th grade on and we've stayed in touch through reunions since then. He was a good person, husband, and father. My sympathy to the family at this time of loss.

Lew Shady and I entered Bess Sperry's first grade class in the West Broad Street School in Columbus in 1943. We continued through junior and senior high and we've been friends ever since. Even though we have seen each other only sporadically through the years we picked up each time as though nothing had intervened. I've been hurting for my friend these past few years, first as I watched him struggle with that terrible lung disease and then when Lois died two years ago. We've spoken only...

God Bless/RIP,to ALL who served."Remember when ONE falls, another brings HIM HOME..Once a Marine ALWAYS a MARINE".Thank YOU for your service,Martin...and Semper Fi.

You have our heart felt sympathy
