Not sure what to say?

Reggie, This is a voice from 40 years ago, Ronny Rogers from Raleigh. I happen to see your mom's passing in the paper and a flood of memories came rushing forth. I remember your mom well as a teacher at Jefferies Grove Elementary and of course at your home. She was the consummate southern lady. Always most gracious and warm. My brother Greg and I have many fond memories of playing basketball, pretending to be the Tarheels, swimming in the pool, playing the drums to CCR and Three Dog Night...

So sorry for the loss of your mom. She was one of the nicest ladies. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Eli N. Saleeby, JR

Mrs. Abbott was my art teacher at EE Smith. I still have fond memories our art field trip to one of her favorite places, Brookgreen Gardens. She loved beautiful things and inspired her students through her beauty, talents, and kindness. ~Peace to a lovely lady~

I did not know Mrs. Abbott, but I do know Reggie. I will keep her family in my prayers. God will be with you through this time. Great memories will be with you all forever.

Reggie, Anita and I are sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. Hang in there. Mine passed 2 years ago,I know what you are going thru when you lose your last parent. Time will heal your loss. Our prayers are with you. Anita and John Williamson
