In her post-retirement work at GSH, I had the distinct pleasure of working alongside the very inspiring and distinguished pharmacist, Mary Connelly (Miss Mary) as she was also affectionately called. I worked with Ms. Mary Connelly at Good Samartian Hospital Pharmacy for over 20 years. She was always kind to people, yet she was a no nonsense person. I regret not getting to see her in final years. She was very kind to me, I still wear the Burberry scarf that she gave me many years ago. She was a pioneer, she was one of the first female pharmacist. She was passionate about her faith and politics. Truly a trailblazer, she will be missed.

Aunt Mary you will be missed by me and the entire Connelly family. Aunt Mary was a very caring and loving person. We always loved to her about her trips to Ireland.She always wanted to know how the children were doing and what their interests were. We miss you very much, but know you are in haven with your brother, my dad.
