To each of you we send our love and prayers. May it comfort you to know how many people loved her. Have known her since she was a baby and her Mom and Dad took her to Oakwood Methodist . After her Mom passed away and before we were married she and her brother lived in the big house on Oakhill Av. with Aunt Etta Overton Huff.
She was known as Little Mary Ann and her brother was Little Jimmy. We had two Mary Ann;s and 3 Jimmy;s in that house. I was known as Big Mary Ann my Jim was always Big Jim. What a precious gift when Jesus welcomed her into His kingdom. May God Bless and keep you in His care.

The smile that lit up so many lives here now lights up Heaven! Loved that Mary - her wicked sense of humor tempered by a heart of gold. Will miss hearing her sweet voice singing in the choir and her opinions spoken (whether you wanted to hear them or not, which was one of the many things I loved about her :-). She will be greatly missed. Love to Sonny and family, Patsy, and all her Oakwood family.

We will so miss that sweet smiley Mary - what a wicked little sense of humor with a heart of gold. She always lit up Fairview when we had combined services. I'll miss hearing her in the Oakwood choir, but as Chelle says, she's singing it out in Heaven! Love you Sonny!

I am so glad we got to meet Mary when our son married Allison. We are so glad she got to come to Micigan and visit our home. We always looked foreword to seeing her on our trips to Knoxville. We were truly blessed to be at her wedding to Sonny. She was so happy! Mary we will miss you terribly, but know that you are with our Heavenly Father, free of pain and watching over us. We love you and send our deepest sympathy to all of your family and friends. Pat And Deb Lathrop
