Not sure what to say?

Rod,
I am so saddened to hear of Mary's death. I don't know if you remember me from your Slope days (I was security), but I remember the two of you so well. I can just picture both of you, even after all these years. I admired the two of you, as you seemed to be such a special couple, both together and individually. I loved Mary's beautiful spirit, which will live on in you, her family, friends, acquaintances, and even strangers. May The Lord hold you gently in His arms through this...

Mary was a one of kind wonderful soul who we were proud to have as a friend. She will be sorely missed but heaven has received an angel. Our hearts weep for the family.

I was truly blessed to have been a part of her life, she will be missed and forever in my heart. I will miss you my sister.

Rod - I have to share this we you as we read it at my sister, Deb and now My Friend, Mary's time:

The moment that you died, Our hearts split in two, The one side filled with memories, The other died with you. We often lay awake at night, When the world is fast asleep And take a walk down memory lane, With tear upon our cheeks. Remembering you is easy, We do it every day, But missing you is heartache, that never goes away. We hold you tightly within our hearts, and there you will...

Though Mary & I worked together for only one year, we were friends for 30. I know that she touched countless lives, including mine, with her warmth, kindness, humor, generosity, and love. I will miss her laugh the most. The world is a lesser place without her.
My love to her husband & family & condolences.

Mary was a very special lady. It was a privilege to know her and an honor to call her my friend. I miss her very much.

I always loved my time working with Mary, such a lovely, kind and talented woman. I am so very sorry for your loss and will miss her beautiful spirit.

We were blessed to have worked with Mary for many years, she was truly an amazing lady. Mary brought so many gifts to so many people. Always staying positive and living life even until the end; a most unique person. We send our thoughts of peace and courage to the family.
