When I think of Maw Maw Green the first thing that comes to mind is a STRONG woman. She was a sweet lady but a warden. She ran a tight house with all us kids running around and making messes but kept each of us in line. She would tell anyone who she was not keeping at the time "You are here playing and you will follow my rules". I cannot thank her enough for helping in making me the person I am today. As Maw Maw has left from here on earth she is rejoicing with the ones who left earth all too soon. My heartfelt condolences go to each and every person who had the chance to be loved by this STRONG SWEET CARING LOVING Woman. In the days ahead I pray that God will comfort y'all.

We will not say good bye just farewell my friend ,life on earth is but a journey that must come to an end , We come and place love like seeds in a garden ,tilling and tending lending beauty and filling hearts with joy .
Knowing one day our soul will hear the call for home , I will cry today for longings stirred , then from the treasured memory bank I will visit time to time and smile with every precious gift ,you gave that was just mine.
Rest in Peace ,Rejoice in God's Presence ,You have earned your wings .I will say farewell but not goodbye . Love you

MawMaw Green was a wonderful woman. She was a huge part of my childhood life. I got to know the family quite well. She was always caring and would help anyone out even if she didnt really have it. I will miss you very much. I know you are in a better place watching down on us and I know we will meet again some day. I am praying for comfort in this very hard time for the family.
