I knew Mary as a wonderful leader for environmental justice from the League of Women Voters during the Senate hearings involving the Savannah River Plant. I always admired Mary's forthright comments and tenacious persistence in her testimony. We have lost a great leader for protection of the environment! My most sincere condolences to her family.
