Not sure what to say?

Mary will always be an example of kindness and strength, of grit and grace. It's hard to believe she's been gone so long. She will be remembered with love, forever.

I love and miss you Mommy

Short Eulogy by Suzanne Liscouski:

This is very hard for me to do today, as I will miss my Mother so much I'm not sure I can make it through—but I wanted to honor my Mother Mary Daphne Petrie.

Mom came from the greatest generation, a generation where she watched her parents work hard to fulfill their American dreams after they came, as she would say, “off the boat” from Italy. She grew up in the valley of CT during the depression; she had great stories of growing up...

Pat, Mary Ellen, and Suzanne... Your Mom had the gift of making everybody feel at ease and welcome. Suzanne, your son is absolutely precious. God Bless. So sorry for your loss.

I am sorry for your loss. Peace be with the entire Petrie family during this time.
Abrazos

I am so sorry for your loss. Please find peace and comfort in knowing that God cares for you and will help you in your time of need. 1 Pet. 5:7

Aunt Mary, you will be missed for your smile, your jokes and that little devil in you... but most of all for your huge heart and the gentle touch you gave to everyone. We were so fortunate you have you in our lives. Our memories will last a life time and always bring a smile to our face.
You and Stewart enjoy your new adventure

Mary was someone I always looked up to. When I was a little girl, her wedding was the first one I was ever allowed to attend, and I'll always remember what a beautiful bride she was. To me, Mary was also a wonderful role model of how to be a caring daughter to her mother. I try to live up to the example she set, in caring for my own mother. Loving thoughts go out to Mary-Ellen, Patty and Suzanne.
