Few people know how quietly trailblazing the Sister's of Providence were in Great Falls. Some simple, some quieter than others; fully appreciative of all those who crossed their paths, took classes, were reltatives of those who worked for them.
Sister Benoit was kind. She was one of the teachers who made the Education department at the then, College of Great Falls, along with other Providence instructors, a force comparable to Gonzaga University!

I had sister mary ann benoit as an english teacher at college of great falls in 1974 and she inspired me in english and I can still remenber her lectures and the hostess pies she would once serve in class. We sent each other christmas card every year from 1975-2013. She was a one of kind teacher and friend thanks for helping me academically and spritually rest in peace and thank you again
