Not sure what to say?

May you remember the joyful and happy times you shared together as you celebrate a life well lived and loved by many
(Psalms 90:10)

Jesse and I send our deepest condolences to Bettye Bays' family and to the Willits community. Bettye was truly a wonderful ( and feisty) woman. We enjoyed so many memories with her out at the ranch. Her green beans and Thanksgiving turkey were the best. Bettye never failed to offer comfort and gentle advice at just the right time. She will be so greatly missed. Rest in heaven dear friend.

This Betty really cared for and admired Betty Bayes and her happy nature. i shall have fond memories always.

I can just imagine Betty and Dick just sitting on a cloud in rocking chairs watching over all their loved ones, laughing and smiling together once again. My heart and prayers are with all of you that she left behind. She was unique and I have some special memories of her in my heart, as well. We both lost a son named Christopher. Reunited for her, one day for me.

Bettye always treated me like a daughter even after Chris and I divorced. She was a wonderful spirit and will always have a place in my heart. Lots of love to Bettye and to the family.

When we moved here 30 years ago, she became my "adopted mother". I loved her so. The whole town did. She did things her own way and could not have cared less what people thought. We always got a laugh when we saw her driving that old green truck with tags that had expired YEARS before. And her ever faithful Moose in the back watching over her. Oh the stories I have in my head from nights in her sheep barn to the last sixteen years on the coast with her closest friends. That weekend...

One truly nice lady; she will be missed. I still recall her kind and gentle voice calling in the middle of the night to dispatch us with the ambulance service. She always wanted to make sure I was awake before she gave the details. Thanks Bettye for all of your generous hours donated to the town and community you loved. R.I.P. and says hi to Dick for me. It was a real pleasure knowing you and calling you a friend!
