I was in Kuwaitt in 2006, and saw a tribute to Matt Maupin. I took the picture home with me, and I have had that picture on my tree for 10 years now. His picture will always be on my tree, to remind me what a wondeful, brave, handsome young man he was, and of the sacrifice he made for our country. God Bless you Hatt, and your wonderful parents! I never met Matt, even though I am his great uncle. I know he is resting in GOD'S arms tonight. He made the ultimate sacrifice helping the rest of us remain free in the best country in the world. I'm sitting here tonight trying to say something to make Keith and Carolyn feel better, although its six years they are still hurting. what I am sure is this; GOD has a plan for each and every one of us.
