I´ve just learned of Matthew´s passing this morning and am so so sad. What a charismatic and centrifugal force he was for all who knew him. I met Matt when I moved unexpectedly to Arizona- he was in my neighborhood and was one of my first friends here. When I got my license, I drove him to school everyday. We belted out ridiculous songs- he was always so magnetic and full of life, even at 6 am as a teenager. Matt is the person who led me to God and helped me get baptized by myself at 20 yrs...
