You were full of life, treasured your family, and lived to travel and called the beach your home. I didn't know this man or his family, but I read the obituary that was written by him and thought this was absolutely beautiful and it brought tears to my eyes. I thought how lucky they are to be able to read his words over and over and know how much they were loved by him. To his wife: I've been where you are. I too did not know Matt, but his self written obituary has brought me to tears. The love he had for his family and friends are within his words. Keep your memories close. He sounds like he was quite the guy. Did not know him but writing his own obit I pray gives his wife and daughters some peace. God speed sir. You ran the good race and left the world a better place with your daughters. Your wife's got this. But you knew that
