SCOTT Matthew B. "Matt" (59), beloved father and husband died unexpectedly on January 3, 2019. Matt resided in Berwyn, PA and grew up in Villanova. He was a devoted husband and brother and above all father. He was admired as a tremendous business leader, a mentor and played an active role in his local and broader community. Matt was avid golfer and all-around competitor and was a longtime member of Aronimink and Pine Valley Golf Clubs. He lived his passion for sport through his children and was well known to everyone for his constant, energetic presence at his children's sporting events near or far. He was Executive Vice President of Commercial Lines and Chief Marketing Officer at Global Indemnity Insurance (GBLI) and served on several boards including Wholesale and Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA) and several other of Global Indemnity's boards and agencies. Beloved son of Richard A. Scott Sr. "Dick" and the late Sondra A. (nee Speer). He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Luanne (nee Iezzi), his devoted children, Benjamin, Tanner, Carson, and Elizabeth, his siblings Stacie, Richard, Binh, Christine, Joan, Ruth, Suzanne, and Sondra, their spouses and his 24 loving nieces and nephews. Relatives & Friends are invited to his Funeral Mass, Monday January 7th 11:00 A.M. at St. Monica's Church, 635 First Ave., Berwyn, PA 19312. Inurnment Private.
