Just learned of Matthew's death, so sorry for his family's loss. I was one of his patients and had seen him last in January. He was an outstanding Physician and a joy to be around.

Like me, Dr. Thompson was an avid SCUBA diver, and also like me, he loved adventure, especially diving in Asia. Yet, though we chatted about our diving adventures, I felt entirely confident with his serious medical knowledge. He will be sorely missed, and I only wish I had known earlier in order to offer any help and support he and his family might have needed.

I just learned of his passing as I was about to call the clinic for the annual dermatology check-up... It´s a very sad news and I will miss his spirit and unique approach to doctoring... Dr. T was the coolest, down to earth, knowledgeable, most caring doctor I´ve come across. He is the rare physician who cared about your skin maladies but also took interest in the fun in life; I enjoyed trading stories about our travels and dives in distant lands and oceans. Rest in peace Dr T!

I am very saddened to learn Dr Thompson has passed away. He´s been my dermatologist since 2005 and I am here today because of the great care I received from Matt. He was not only my favorite doctor he was a great guy. I hate going to doctors but always enjoyed going to see him as there were many laughs every appointment. My condolences to his family, his friends and colleagues....the world was a better place with him in it. Fly on Matthew , I´ll see you in the other side.
