Dear Urrea Family, My deepest condolences to your family on the passing of your beloved son, Matthew. Please know you have my thoughts and prayers. With Sympathy, Clara Apodaca

I just learned of Matt's passing today. I regret my absence and pray for our Lord's comfort upon the entire family.

I first met Matt as a Sigma Chi pledge while he was serving at our chapter's president. We reconnected a few years ago at the Señorita Ball with the Music Guild of New Mexico.

I knew Matt to be a person of integrity, faithfulness, wisdom, and compassion. I am shocked and saddened by this loss, but I also trust that Matt, my fraternity brother and eternal...

Matt was a great friend and a great leader at Sigma Chi. He was genuinely liked and respected by everyone who knew him. I am a better person for having known him.

Godspeed my brother.

Annabel, words cannot express my sadness about the loss of Matt. He was the brightest light for me, and many others. Matt was never just a boss, rather, a friend. brother, and work partner. I grew into my adult self while working with Matt. I have so many memories with him, 14 years was a long time. I will always cherish that Matt left nothing unspoken to me about his feelings of he & I working together. This will hurt my heart for the rest of my life.

I loved Matt, and I...

Matthew was an amazing friend and to know him was an honor. I will forever be grateful for the 45 plus years of friendship Matthew and I shared as Annunciation School alumni

The very best to all the Urrea family. May the happiness you find in the wonderful memories of Matthew alleviate the pain in your grieving.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Urrea family. Matt you will be missed as you brought so much joy to this world. God Bless you brother.
