Not sure what to say?

Matthew, we miss you brother. A big personality and a wonderful person. I just found a few never deleted voice messages from Matt on my cell phone this weekend that I'm going to hang onto for whenever I need a smile!

To Hallie and Gabriel, I am so sorry for your loss. I played softball with your dad for several years and will always remember the great times and the laughs we had together. I can still hear that laugh. He was a great man. May he RIP!

We started our educational journey together in kindergarten at Harbor School. Twelve years later we moved on to another phase of our lives. I remember a sweet child who grew in to a sweet caring man. Your imprint on the world will be cherished. Rest well.

We broke a lot of bread together at the New London HS cafeteria. A wonderful human being.

So sorry to the family for your loss. I do have a memory to share. Matt and I were apparently in Miss Sheedy´s 3rd grade classroom so she made us stand in front of the class and hum. We were so embarrassed.

I am so truly sad to hear of your loss.... May his memory be a blessing...

To Matt's family and friends...please accept my deepest and sincere condolences. Though truly saddened by his loss, we will always remember the laughter and joy he shared with us. May his memory be a blessing.

My sincere condolences to Hallie and Gabe and his older brothersMurray and Philip and especially to his nephews Jeremy and Andy. I have known Matt/Bear since early childhood. In college I used to bring girls from Southern to parties at UConn. One time he parked my car illegally overnight and my dad got the ticket!!! My house was his "safe" place. He had an audience to listen to his steady stream of off color jokes and he was loved by my family!!! Except for the marriage of his son, 2024...

So sorry for the loss of your dad, we grew up together in NL and I´ll always remember him fondly.
