Dear Cousin Mattie;
You will always be the epitome of 'a lady' to me. As Harry Doughman's daughter-in-law, Mother of six amazing children, you are among the few who remembered me as a child. I'll treasure your memory. I enjoyed doing 'family history' with you and Judy. Hope to see you both in 'the Sweet by and by'.

So sorry to hear of the passing of dear Mattie. As a kid growing up and in high school, she was always welcoming and treated me as one of her own. I will always remember her for her kindness and loving attitude. My heart felt love to all.

I was so sorry to learn of your mom's passing. My dad gave me the news today. I so enjoyed chatting with your mom when I was secretary there at Church of the Saviour. She would stop by and visit with me after she attended the Esther Laird Circle meetings. We would reminisce about the good ole days living on Zig Zag Road and about us kids going to Sycamore. It was a sad day when she stopped coming to church for the Circle meetings and church services. She was a great lady and will be...
