22 years ago on year eve day my husband and I became neighbors with Max. Excited happy new young (poor) home owers on a holiday with burst water lines within 2 hours .Our new neighbor then a young 77 without hesitation spent the majority of his day crawling around in the attic fixing our radiant heat and explaining how it worked as we had no clue.
