We here in the UK have every reason to be profoundly grateful to Maxine for her suport of the 2nd Air Division Association in the States and through it the Memorial Library of the 2nd Air Division USAAF here in Norwich UK. She was a delight to know.

Dear Oak and family, we are still in shock. You and Maxine have always been very dear friends, she will be so missed by so many. Our love and prayers are with you all. We will always miss our Oklahoma Girl!
