Not sure what to say?

Dear Joan,
My father and I were saddened to hear of the loss of Maynard. We were grateful for the opportunity we had to reconnect with all of you at your annual tournament. Maynard will be surely missed.

Our thoughts are with you and your family. Warmest regards and sympathy.

Holly and family,
Your father sounded like a wonderful man. I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope your memories will sustain you during this difficult time. With sympathy,

Dear Joan,
My Dad, Weston F. Cook Sr., and Maynard were fellow Masons, active together in Retired Military groups, and just pals. Growing up, I remember "Mr. Young" [the name I was allowed to call him] very well. He was open-minded, sharp witted, and very, very funny. He was a good man and a true "Rye guy" who loved our town so very much. May God give rest to him and peace to you and all of yours. Warmest. Weston

Dear Joan,
We are so sorry to hear about Maynard's passing. We were out with Gloria tonight when we heard the news. We will miss him. We will miss the neighborly conversations with him in the back yard or out front while crossing paths. Our thoughts are with you and your family. Sincerly, Tony Fournier and Joanne

Dear Joan,
I am so sorry that I could not be with you after the service. I have known Maynard all of my life and can still envision him as a young man socialising around Carberry's Store when I was just a kid.The memories go on and on-the apartment building being purchased from Tom and Edith Hill.
In my heart, I feel as though something is permanently missing from the Town of Rye. I will miss him and please know that both of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Ned Tate

Chris,
After reading about your Dad it is clear he was a great man. Our thoughts are with you and your family.
