I met Megan in the 4th grade and she didn't like me at all. She even went as far as telling the teacher that I stole her spelling book because she had lost hers. But for some reason the very next year in the 5th grade we became best friends and have been ever since.

Senior year was when we became really close. She was the only friend that I had that no matter how many times she had heard my problems she would still sit there and listen to me and help me get through them. It...

Reader family,
I have been looking through old pictures from high school. I never realized how many I had of megan and me. She was everyone's friend. She was there for everyone. I was 4 years older then her, but she was still someone i consider a good friend. I remember how much she wanted Amber to have friends when she first came to evangel. MEgan was always doing her gymnastics. We would be the chearleaders, when ours didnt come to the guys game, and we would send megan and joy and...

The word ‘la maezi’ in Chinese means “spicy sister”. I was thinking Megan could definitely be classified as a ‘spicy sister’. Not only was Megan not afraid to tell you how it was or stand tall to be her unique self, but she definitely spiced up the world around her! She made life “taste” better; she intensified it. I feel super privileged not only to have known Megan, but to have her as my friend. Megan was such a special individual, a ‘spicy sister’, and she was also a part of an awesome...

Megan had such an effect on anyone she came in contact with. It was impossible to be around Megan and be in a bad mood. Her big beautiful smile brightened the day of anyone who was near. Right now in heaven her smile is as bright as ever. I feel so priveledged to have known Megan and been one of her closest friends. Its awesome to think of how great of a friend Megan truely has been to me. She was always there if I needed someone to talk to, or just needed somebody to listen. I feel so...

It's hard to describe in words the effect Megan had on me and everyone else. She was the most amazing person I knew and she would always be there for me when I needed advice for anything. Megan was always ready to listen. Seeing and knowing her can show you what God can do in your life. She was also the best Christian I knew, and I feel privileged to have known her. I can only hope later in life to meet someone as special and amazing as Megan. She will always be in my heart. My prayers go out...

I am so thankful that I had the priviledge of knowing Megan. She was such a joy to have around. I enjoyed every minute of the times she spent with our family, she truely was a little bit of sunshine. I can't remember the first time I saw Megan but I will always remember the last time I saw her. She dropped by the house to see Joy. I had just painted the kitchen a funny color of green and was feeling rather sensitive about it, but Megan knew just the right thing to say to make me feel better...

I was visiting Evangel Christian School for an event when a little girl with a twinkle in her eyes and a big smile on her face, came and hugged me. She said, “I love you Mr. L.” I was kind of surprised because I didn’t know who she was. “ I’m Megan, Joy’s friend ” That how I met Meagan for the first time. From that moment, she has a special place in my heart. I have many happy memories of Megan, but I will always remember the little girl that gave me a hug.
