Not sure what to say?

I am sad to hear that Melissa passed away. I was a patient of her at the Maternal Center at St Marks, she was a great and friendly Doctor! My thoughts are with her family and her dogs.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Melissa briefly before her passing. Her work, and the impact she had on our patients and us at CompHealth, will not be forgotten.

To Melissa's family, I am so saddened to hear of her passing. Melissa did her fellowship at MetroHealth at the same time I did my residency here. She was so kind, in particular at the time I lost my sister suddenly during my intern year. She hardly knew me at the time, yet came to my sister's funeral/burial.I know how much it means to have the support of even strangers during a difficult time, and hope that you are comforted by the words of the many people she touched from far away.

Dr. Herbst took great care of me at Maternal Fetal Medicine. She was an excellent physician. I'm so sorry to hear about her passing. I hope you find comfort and peace at this difficult time.

To John, John Jr. and family:
We just heard about and are very saddened by the passing of Melissa. Our thoughts are with you all.

John and family, my heart aches for you! I have many fond memories of Melissa and Michelle playing together, from pre-school through grade school. They were best friends during those years. I'll always remember Melissa's sweet smile and tender heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad and difficult time.

When Melissa was on I knew I would have a great day. I will always miss you. I appreciate the courage that you showed through your struggles. As time goes on I will always remember this when I face my trials. You showed "grace under fire". love
