Not sure what to say?

She was my son Jeremiah's Physical Therapist here in St Louis, I guess back in the 1980's, Jeremiah has Cerebral Palsy, Melody taught him to crawl, sit, stand up, how to put on his coat. I cannot express my deepest sympathy for her family, she was a wonderful woman who helped my son become the person he is today, The world was better because of her.

Greg, Theresa, and Matt----So shocked and saddened to hear of Melody's passing. I worked with Melody at Evergreen Schools and heard Melody speak of you all lovingly. She was such a special lady. My prayers are with you all.

When I think of my college days, I always think of Melody; and when I think of Melody, I can't help but smile. As a professional firefighter, I remember how thrilled she was to tell me she was a volunteer firefighter. I will never forget her handwritten cards at Christmas, and the good times and the laughter. I will miss you Meldoy.

Melody was a very creative girl who could take the characters of our teachers, and create songs about them, make the bad times good times, and laugh at just about anything. She will always be remembered by her classmates as the one who had kept all the memories and photos, saddle shoes and tunics, and stories. That had begun in high school with her yearbook production years. She was a dedicated athlete and a true friend who spent hours handwriting letters to each of us at Christmas time...

Theresa with my kids in 1999

Melody's memory will live on for all of us who were lucky to have called her friend, family, teacher... Thanks to all of you who have expressed your thoughts and memories. Melody truly was a special person who touched so many lives from her childhood days in Ohio to her adult life in Washington. I was lucky to have known Melody at CSG, where we played together on the field hockey team. Melody was just one of those girls who was nice to everyone and fun to be with, even if you weren't in...

Ive known Melody since I was 6 months old. I met her while I was attending vancouvers childrens therapy. She has been my pt therapist throughout my entire life at school and at home. Every chirstmas she would make me a plate of goodies and a christmas ordament with her name on it and the year. Every year those ordaments hang on our christmas tree. Melody will be truly missed and every christmas we she will be in our thoughts and prayers. She was a great pt therapist and a good person.

Thanks, Melody, for all the laughs and happy memories! Only regret that we didn't live closer when we were young working professionals or when our kids were growing up. That doesn't diminish any of the clear memories I have of the kooky and wonderful high school times together. She was probably the best-loved member of our high school class!

Melody was such a blessing to our special little Corey and a delight to our family. She visited us at home for Corey's PT ...and beyond that, was a friend to me. Oh how I remember her delight in her family!!! I am so sorry for your loss..
