Not sure what to say?

We sure do miss Mel! We really miss his happy, fun personality and his great laugh. I hope the family is healing a little day by day!

Mel's girls, Carol, Anne, Vera.

This is a picture of our group waiting in line at the casino buffet. We did this almost every Wednesday for over 10 years.

Goodbye my dear friend. It saddened me and my household to hear of your passing. Remembering our interaction and adventures or the past 25 yrs, I am proud to call you friend. Your life enriched those who met and knew you. My prayers going to your family. Rest In Peace Mel!!!!

Mel I am grateful our family became your friend. I´m grateful you got to know my two precious granddaughters and they got to make you laugh and smile. Thank you for serving our Country and for being a loyal family man and dear friend to many.

Going to miss you Mel. Talking about cars, and things we did in the Air Force. Hope to see you and and your 34 Coupe again. You are the reason we live in CA. Thanks for being our friend. R.I.P.

Please accept my condolences for your loss. I´ll always remember your father as a lover of cars. He loved his family and truly enjoyed watching them excel. I´ll miss his laugh. Love you all.

Mel, you have always been a dear friend to me and our love for politics was our favorite topic. Thank you for your love, support and kindness to my family. You are in our hearts and thankful for the memories. God´s blessings to you, Irene Lewis

We are so, so saddened to hear of Mel´s passing. We became friends with him about 15 years ago when we all stood in line early at the casino´s buffet. Sounds funny but we had an hour wait every Wednesday so we all got to be friends and ate together too. We would love to attend his memorial. Our heart and prayers go out to his family with this huge loss! Russ and Cindy Walters
