Hello Judy I was so sorry to hear about Mel. I will always remember him so fondly and our dinners out to Orsini's....the four of us. It was with his help that I got into Yeshiva's Social Work program and my life took a vastly different turn. Sending you love and sympathy. Sincerely, Jody Friedman

I have so many special and wonderful memories of time spent with Mel. He was always so supportive, generous, caring and fun. I was 11 years old when Mel took me to my first pro football game. The Giants lost to the Colts on a cold November day at the old Yankee Stadium. Sitting in front of us were family members of Colts defensive end Bubba Smith.
