MELVIN ROLLINS, 83, of Leon, W.Va., died Nov. 16 at his residence. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Casto Funeral Home; burial at Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
