I was very fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend a few days with Mel Siff at a Supertraining Camp this past summer. Although I didn't know Dr. Siff personally, I have read his postings on the Internet for upwards of 7 years. He has changed my life with his incredible knowledge, kindness, humor and zest for all things strength. He will be missed.
