Not sure what to say?

I worked for Meyer at his Great Southern Shopping Center Store back in 1987 to 1989. He was a wonderful person to work for and with. He treated me as family. I just found out yesterday talking to another person who worked at another jewelry store that Meyer had passed away. I am very saddened by this. He was so kind and caring. He stood by me when I went through a personal tragedy while I worked for him. I will never forget that! I will miss him so very much! My prayers and thoughts...

Your family has been so special to our family. Your dad , husband, and grandpa grew up with my father Dick Traphagan. They both served the Navy and played basketball together. Our family has always had the utmost respect for Meyer. As a child of 9 I bought my first ring from him and in the next 55 years bought jewelery for our family and friends. We also got our wedding rings and anniversary gifts at Meyer's. I am so glad Jeff and Scott are carrying on the family business of which your...

Meyer, you were an amazing man who will be deeply missed. My wife and I will never forget you deliver I my he anniversary ring to her on Christmas Day.

I am so sorry to hear of your fathers passing. I only meet Meyer thru his jewelry store business. I so admired him. I always remember back to him at his Great Southern store and he was the first business/person to give me credit. I was 18 and wanted to buy a watch for my husband for Christmas. Meyer let me make payments. I am now 68 and I remember that and him so fondly. This shows what a great generous person he was.

We we saddened to learn that Meyer had passed away. We are so very sorry for your loss. Please accept our sympathy and condolences.

We bought our wedding rings from Meyer in 1959 when he was working at Rogers Jewelers at the Town and Country Shopping Center. (Rogers was located between the Boston store and B. Goodman's) Meyer was always friendly, smiling and treated everyone with respect. We always watch Meyer's ads on...

Brother Weisman, We are sorry to hear of your passing. You were a valuable and highly respected member of our Family here at Whitehall Masonic Lodge #761. The effects of your loss are being felt by those of us who had the honor and pleasure of knowing you.

May God console you among the other mourners of Zion and Jerusalem (Ha'makom yenahem etkhem betokh she'ar avelei Tziyonvi'Yerushalayim).

Scott, Jeff and the entire family, I am deeply sorry for your loss, your father was an amazing man and always made me feel welcomed when I came into the store.
I bought my first diamond ring from your father at the south high store over 30 years ago and your father treated me like a friend and that is why I have continued to purchase all of my jewelry needs big or small from your family. Scott and Jeff you will definitely carry on the legacy. Every time I come through those doors one...

To all of you, your father was a great man and businessman. I grew up on the east side the later years from 1963 to 75 just before I got married in June of that year. We lived on Napoleon Court right behind the Kahaki, went to Town and Country always, my Father Howard Ripple knew Jack Ratner very well and dealt with him then met your Dad and then continued with him at Town & Country, whenever I would walk by he would yell out hi Debbie, always wanted to get to your store and see him again,...
