So sorry to hear about this tragic loss! We are all so saddened by this news. My prayers go to all his family and friends.

Mike was way too young to know the pain and discomfort he lived with. We met when I was in 3rd grade and we went to Hortt, Rogers and Stranahan together and of course the hangout Little Yankee. Then a few years ago at baseball I saw the last name Ament on a lineup as I was keeping score at my sons baseball game-life comes full circle, my kids and his are friends now. May everyone smile at the mention of his name as we remember the good ole days and know he is watching over his family. God...

I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Mikes passing. Even though I had not seen Mike for many years I often thought of him. He will always be in my heart and part of my fondest memories. My deepest condolences to the Ament family.

Having grown up with Mike (little yankee and stranahan) i am saddened to hear of his passing, i hope he is at peace and god keeps his family in his hands during this time. God Bless you Mike

There are countless memories back in our DRAGON DAYS, "Stranahan High" that we all still relish today. Mike was a kind, gentle, caring and had an even kilter spirit.
