Michael Astarita

Mike was the most genuine person I have ever known. His living example of pure humanity is an inspiration to me today. I consider myself fortunate to have known him and counted him among my friends.

Mr. Astarita was a strong personality in my life for several years, with my being best friends with Joe as kids growing up. I'm so grateful for that. Very smart, dedicated, reliable, consistent, honest, protective, loyal. He had many interests that he willingly shared with others. Taking care of his family was always his number one priority. He will be dearly missed and very fondly remembered.

I have fond memories of Mike from our days at Quinnipiac in the late 1960's. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.

Gloria, I am so saddened to learn of Michael´s passing. I will always remember him for loving devotion to his family, his friendship and great sense of humor. Our prayers for you and Joseph.
