My soul is grieved at the loss of a co-worker and friend.Michael was a solid journeyman roofer-the backbone of companies like ours'. We'll not just pick up the phone and replace a man like him, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to tell him so in a meeting we were in together just a few weeks ago.
