I saw a great movie the other day. I wanted to call my good friend/colleague Mike Berkus. That's what we used to do. Often we went to movies together... Then we would talk about them. Mike was so kind and generous to anyone that he met on any given day! Mike and Sher would come to Nieuport 17 Restaurant in Tustin Cal and all of would feel so happy to see them!! I have been so sad that he was taken so soon--but The Good Lord has plans for him. Love to all the family Sher and please--when you have a moment---know that both You and Mike brought sunshine to Patti,Mr.Bettis,Myself and so many!!! I have know Mike since grade school. Always a pleasure to be with. One of the most happy, generous, in love with his family and life type of guys,A true friend. His bonding with his friends always to be admired. He will be missed.

I have know Mike since grade school. Never knew a greater, happy , more generous, and in love with his family kind of man. Always a joy to be in his company. His bonding with his old friends so evident. He will be missed for so many reasons. How lucky I am to have had him in my life.
