Mike was an incredible friend and person. We saw him often at his children´s sporting events. He was deeply proud of his children. Our hearts and prayers are with them during this tragic loss.

To know Uncle Mike was to love him. It is a privilege to be his niece and to be family with my three beloved cousins. I will cherish every laugh, smile and playful jokes. Uncle Mike could never be forgotten and I know that contagious laugh is at home now until we meet again xoxo

In our society today, it is rare to find someone who only wants to help in any capacity he could. It's truly a tragedy to lose someone who gave so much of himself to others. Mike's dedication to youth organizations and countless others in need is a testament to his kind and generous spirit. He undoubtedly touched countless lives, and his legacy will live on through the positive impact he made on this community. Thoughts and prayers for the entire Brestle family during this difficult time.

Mike was my friend and a loyal, caring man. I will miss our conversations and his million dollar smile. Godspeed on his journey home.
