GREENVILLE -- Michael Duane Bryant age 71, of Greenville passed away at 2:17 am Monday, May 20, 2024, at his residence.
Michael was born May 20, 1953, in Franklin, Kentucky, to the late Roy & Cenia (Garland) Bryant. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Ingrid Coby, Esther McGraw and Brenda Owens; brothers, Stanley Bryant and Eddie L. Bryant; and half-brothers, Bill Leddington and Ron Leddington.
Michael is survived by his fiancée, Asazalia Forney; children, Buffy (Stephen) Lavy of Arcanum, Adam Bryant of Kettering, Asazalia Hawkey of Greenville and Riva Smith of Greenville; grandchildren, Alexander Bryant, Nick (Jenna) Lavy, Brett (Sierra) Lavy, Breanna Lavy, Azalia Hawkey, Kaleb Hawkey, Abigail Hawkey, Korben Hawkey, Isabella Smith and Chelsea Smith; great grandchildren, Hunter Lavy, Colton Lavy and Charlotte Lavy; brother & sister-in-law, Elzie & Nancy Bryant of Greenville; sisters & brothers-in-law, Mary & Kent Adams of Tennessee and Debra & Mike Longo of Michigan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Michael retired from Spartech Plastics in Greenville. He was a member of the Greenville Moose Lodge #329. Michael enjoyed gardening, flowers and tinkering around with just about anything he could fix.
A celebration of Michael's life will be held at 1:00 pm Sunday, June 16, 2024, at the Greenville Moose 1200 Sweitzer St. Greenville with a meal to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to EverHeart Hospice in Greenville. Fond memories and expression of sympathy may be shared at www.zecharbailey.com for the Bryant family.
