Not sure what to say?

My Condolences and Prayers go out to Mike's wife Linda, his children, and "The Extended Callero Family"!!! I ran into Mike last year, hadn't see the Man since Graduation, NDHS '73. Mike was a "Class Act", on and off the playing field!! It was a Pleasure to have known Him!! Good Memories!! God Bless You All!! May Mike R.I.P. I just found out last evening at a St. Juliana Reunion.

Deepest sympathy. Rest in peace, Mike.

So sorry to hear about Mike's passing. What a gentle and kind soul he was. I'm most sorry I was unable to attend the wake or funeral due to the intense heat wave we had, which didn't agree with me. I know he will be missed by all his family and co-workers. It was a pleasure working with him. Will always miss his inevitable smile and positive attitude regardless of the challenges that befell him. God rest his soul.

You couldn't meet this man without being touched by his goodness. He got it right when it comes to a life lived as we all should live. Deepest condolences to his family...theirs the greatest loss. There is no doubt he soared home to God yet will always be with you.

I was very sad to learn of Mike´s passing. A great athlete and a better person. He was the biggest Cat Steven´s fan I ever met. My deepest condolences to his family. RIP Mike Rich Smales NDHS Class of 1973

Extending my deepest sympathy to the Callero Family. Love Terry & Anthony Catullo Carla, Mark and Reese Goldberg

As I look at all the nice and good things everyone has to say about Mike, I still have a hard believing and accepting his death. I see all the names associated with Mike, it takes me down memory lane in Niles at St. John´s and NDHS. Such a great group of friends we all were Mike was unflappable, he never got rattled and he was even keeled in any situation. A great athlete in any sport he played in. He could place a baseball or softball on a dime in any field from a batters box. I...

Our entire family sends their condolences to Mike´s family and friends. Mike did our family´s taxes for many years. He was the best of the best. He was very busy during tax time, but would always take the time to answer questions and catch up. The world has lost a true gentleman.

Had the honor of playing (major softball) against Mike for many years. Great hitter and even a better person....all class and lead by example! Called him the silent assassin. Deepest condolences to the family at this difficult time. Mark Frighetto
