Not sure what to say?

My heart broke as I thought of my favorite Dr and learned he passed away so young. I know we got along so well as he was only a year older than me. God bless his family even though these condolences come so many years later...

Dear Lisa and family, I read with great sadness that Mike had passed away. May all the wonderful memories hold you steadfast at this time; I know you will cherish them always and keep each other strong.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Sincerely,

Donna Castorina, and Mike & Dave Maniscalco

Dear Lisa and Family,
We were so very sad to hear of Dr. Cappiello's passing. Our sincere sympathies go out to all of you at this time. Dennis was still his patient, until he went to his office the day for his visit and saw the note to call the other Doctor for visits. Dennis went to see him and asked what happened and all the Doctor could tell him was that he was ill. Dennis told me last night he heard of his passing. We were shocked! Lisa, please when you feel up to it, send me an...

To the family of Mike Cappiello:

I am so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. You have my deepest sympathy.

I still remember the day in eighth grade, just before graduation, when sister Mary Louise made us all reveal our middle names.
I have thought of Mike several times over the past years.

Again, I am very sorry for your loss.

Dear Lisa and family, I am truly saddened by your loss. Its been many years since our days at St Vincents. We moved to Bradenton 12 years ago, and I have worked for Tidewell Hospice for the past 11 1/2 years. Please feel free to contact me.

I am so sorry about the lost of Dr. Cappiello III I remember him helping his patient in SVMC. Every day he showed respect and love for his profession. I will going to miss him when he was writing notes on the pt records and always walked the extra mile for all.
God Bless his family specially Melisa that she is great nurse like his father doctor was.

To Lisa and all the Cappiello family, There just aren't any words to express how heavy hearted I feel and my empathy for you all. So I'll tell you a story from way back when I was a new grad LPN and Mike was a resident on call for the weekend. It was hellish weekend as you can imagine. Every patient I saw had a problem and I had to page the poor resident, Mike many times. After about are third spinal tap together one of us, probably Mike said, "we have to stop meeting this way". Boy did...

With our deepest sympathy, thoughts and prayers. God's blessings at this most difficult time.

Dear Lisa & The Cappiello Family,

Although I never did get to meet you Lisa, I had the privledge to meet your children. My heart just went out to you and the rest of the family. I received a call from your thoughtful neighbor to have us come to clean your home. My heart had already started to feel heavy with sadness to know what you and the family was going thru. I pray that you stay strong for each other, and to never forget the love that your dad had for all of you.
