Rest in peace doctor Mike and you are remembered by many you cared for here on earth!

It is impossible to forget Michael's energy, smile and positive outlook. He always made me laugh. Michael is one of those people you always remember.

A great healer and always strove for the best in life and health> Rest In Peace fellow healer.

It is uncanny that I was just talking about Michael yesterday. Michael is and always will be a person that will be remembered with such fondness. He would always laugh at my sarcastic humor. I miss him and his incredible warm heart

I went to high school with him and he was in my typing class. He graduated a year later than me. I was stunned about his passing at such a young man. I hope his family get through this. I know personally how difficult this is for them. Jennifer Cox, Phoenix,AZ

Dr. Mike was a great and caring doctor, educator, mentor, husband, father, son, brother, and employer and his legacy lives on through the health care facilities he created and the staff that continue to ease the aches and pains of many patients. May he rest in peace. Dr. Frank Polverino

To this very day I still see his wonderful smile, remember his caring heart, and his healing hands. He was such a wonder, we are all very blessed to have known him.
